Tyler became CEO of Horizon in April 2024. He held prior roles in consulting at Bain & Company and was with WhiteWave Foods & Danone. Tyler is passionate about teams, leadership, brands, culture, and growth. Fun fact: Tyler has lived in Slovenia, Croatia, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.
Chief Financial Officer
Before joining Horizon in 2024, Dwight spent over 20 years at Kellogg in various executive financial roles, including CFO for divisions, M&A, audit, and controlling across different business sizes and geographies. He was most recently the CFO for ZOA Energy, co-founded by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
Chief Information Officer
Jason brings decades of tech leadership to Horizon, with experience in business and team transformation across various industries. He has held IT leadership roles in global public, private, and PE-backed organizations. Fun fact: Jason enjoys living in Denver and attending Colorado Symphony concerts.
Chief Procurement Officer
Matt has over 20 years of experience at Danone and WhiteWave Foods, leading teams in procurement, demand planning, plant management, and supply chain operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Colorado. Fun fact: Matt ski jumped competitively for 15 years.
Chief Sales Officer
Matt has over 30 years of sales leadership experience in CPG. He oversaw global sales with Walmart and served as SVP of Sales at Danone. Matt holds a bachelor's degree in economics from The Ohio State University. Fun fact: Matt played six professional soccer games for Chicago Stingers.
Chief Operating Officer
Patricia’s career spans every corner of the dairy industry. She held a number of impressive positions at Nestle over the last nearly 20 years. She also was the former chair of the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) board of directors, bringing an impressive depth of experience and a well-earned reputation for results-driven leadership.
